Making Up:
Head: With hat inside out sew up the side seam and the top of the hat and then turn right side out. Take a look at the picture to see how to do the eyes and mouth. For his nose cut an oval of lilac felt.
Hands: To make up you will have 8 fingers fold in half right side out, and put 2 fingers together all the way along you will now have 4 fingers doubled. Over sew all up side and round the fingers and down other side. Sew on the sides of main hat. Take a look at picture if you’re not sure.
Hat: Cut a strip of black felt for brim.  Sew up top and side and lightly stuff; sew up bottom. Sew a couple of stitches through the black felt brim then sew to the hat as seen in picture.
