Instructions:
Main hat Using 4mm needles cast on 28 stitches in Orange
Rows 1-2: Knit
Rows 3-18: Starting with a knit row stocking stitch 16 rows
Row 19: (K2tog)rpt to end (14 sts)
Row 20: (P2tog)rpt to end  (7 sts)
B&T

Arms – make 2
Cast on 4 sts in orange leaving a long tail of yarn
Knit 30 rows in I-Cord then cast off leaving a tail of yarn.

Hat – Cast on 10 stitches in Turquoise
Rows 1-4: Starting with a knit row stocking stitch 4 rows
Row 5: (K2tog)rpt to end (5 sts)
B&T

Making Up:
Body: Sew up row ends inside out then turn right side out. Add 2 circles of felt for eyes and a black yarn smile.
Arms: Do stitches along the length of the I-cord then pull up.  When you get to the end it will give Mr Tickle his bendy looking arms. Attach to the side of the main hat, have a look at the picture to give you guidance.
Hat: Cut a strip of black felt for brim.  Sew row ends together stuff lightly and sew up bottom. Sew a couple of stitches through the black felt brim then sew to the hat as seen in picture.
